Atletico de Kolkata (ATK)'s Canadian striker Iain Hume, who scored the winner against Delhi Dynamos from the spot to hand his side their first home win, said he would have liked it more had he netted from open play.
"I would have liked it if I could score from open play. In both the games I scored from penalties," Hume, who after the goal became the highest scorer in ISL history, told reporters at the mixed zone here.
The former Kerala Blasters hitman, who scored from a penalty in ATK's first home game against Chennaiyin FC as well, dedicated the winner to his family who were watching the match from the stands.
"I dedicate the goal to my family who were here tonight."
The city-based franchise take on Mumbai City FC next Tuesday in front of France and Arsenal legend Thierry Henry who is expected to be in the stands.
