Hyderabad's Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) has gone live on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
The RGIA has now entered the digital arena aiming to bring its passengers and customers updated information on new services and latest developments at the airport along with creation of a platform for engaging with them, said a statement by GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited (GHIAL), which operates the airport.
Passengers can now remain connected and have access at all times to information on special offerings, retail options, food and beverages and duty-free shopping.
"We intend to provide an opportunity for better communication with our passengers and customers. This is yet another initiative of RGIA and based on the inputs received, we believe that we can further improve the passenger experience," said S.G.K. Kishore, CEO of GHIAL.
