During the post leap shooting schedule for "Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai" in Cape Town, actor Karan Mehra, who plays Naitik Singhania in the show, used to take time off from the set to shop for his wife Nisha Rawal.
"Cape Town is a beautiful place and I loved shooting in all the locations that we had in our schedule. Nisha couldn't join me in the trip, hence I took out time to get her some things from Cape Town," Karan said in a statement.
"The schedule was quite packed but the unit was very supportive and hence on a few days we could pack out early and manage time to explore the city. I went to Cape of Good Hope which was absolutely stunning. I am for sure going to come back with Nisha and friends," Karan added.
Karan married Nisha in 2012 after three years of dating. The duo were seen together in "Nach Baliye 5".

Sushant Singh Rajput on sets of 'DID Super Moms'
Actor Sushant Singh Rajput, who is currently busy promoting his forthcoming crime thriller film "Detective Byomkesh Bakshy!" will be seen shaking a leg with superstar Govinda in an episode of dance reality show "DID Super Moms".

Divyanka misses Ruhi on 'Ye Hai Mohabbatein' set
Actress Divyanka Tripathi, who plays Ishita in "Ye Hai Mohabbatein", is said to be missing the presence of her onscreen daughter Ruhi Bhalla (child actress Ruhanika Dhawan) on the set.
Ruhanika is currently staying with her onscreen biological mother Shagun (Anita Hassanandani) and is shooting on a different set.
Divyanka often visits the other set during her break. As Ruhi is said to be very fond of cupcakes, Divyanka picks up a box full of assorted goodies from a nearby cake shop for the little girl.
"I am very fond of Ruhi and we have been shooting together from day one. There is a special bond that we two share and Ruhi is like the 'jaan' of the entire set."
"It feels a little incomplete without her around the set and the entire Bhalla and Iyer family is missing her hopelessly. I am so used to seeing Ruhi around almost every day that I just wish that the track moves towards re-uniting Ishima and Ruhi onsreen as well as offscreen," Divyanka said in a statement.
"Ye Hai Mohabbatein" is aired on Star Plus.
