The Indian U-19 cricket team will start their tri-series campaign against Bangladesh at Jadavpur University's Salt Lake ground here from Friday.
The series also features Afghanistan who will play their first game versus India on November 21.
The teams will play twice against each other and the top two will battle it out in the final on November 29.
On Wednesday, the Indian outfit played a practice match amongst themselves.

The Indian team was divided into two groups -- A and B -- and it were the A outfit who batted first. Ishan Kishan (22+96), Sarfaraz Khan (12+36), Virat Singh (43+34) and Manipal Lomror (20+30) batted twice each and helped their side amass 326/8 in 50 overs.
Khaleed Ahmed and Rahul Batham grabbed three scalps each for the B team. Zeeshan Ansari picked up the other two.
Chasing a target of 327 runs, the B team were skittled out for 192. The only notable contribution came from the bat of Rishab Pant who scored 50 in his second outing.
Ishan Sayed, Mayank Dagar and Manipal Lomror bagged two wickets ech while Kanishk Seth pocketed one. The other three were run outs.
The A team thus clinched the match by 134 runs.
