Indian flag upside down at Modi-Abe meet
The Indian flag was upside down at a meeting between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Japanese counterpart Shinzo Abe here on Saturday.
The flag was seen with the green on top and the saffron below in the photo op of Modi and Abe before their bilateral meeting on the sidelines of the 13th Asean (Association of Southeast Asian Nations)-India Summit.
