All-rounder Hardik Pandya, who was ruled out of the India squad after injuring his shoulder during a net session ahead of the ongoing third cricket Test against England in Mohali, will be out of action for six weeks.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Tuesday confirmed that the all-rounder has sustained a hairline fracture on his right shoulder.
"BCCI medical team confirms that India all-rounder Hardik Pandya has sustained a hairline fracture on his right shoulder. He will take minimum six weeks to recover from this injury," the board said in a statement.
