Iran is not going to change its nuclear policy irrespective of who becomes the next president, Iranian ambassador to Moscow Reza Sajjadi has said.

"There will be no changes in our nuclear policy, this is a national issue," Xinhua quoted the Iranian ambassador as telling reporters here Monday. "Iran will exercise all its rights in the frames of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty."

Iran's presidential election is slated for Friday.

He said Tehran would allow international inspectors to enter its nuclear facilities after a protocol was signed.

The date for a new round of nuclear talks between Iran and the P5+1 group (the five permanent UN Security Council members plus Germany) has not been set, he added.
