Singer Janet Jackson has announced that she's been forced to postpone her entire Unbreakable Tour dates after receiving word from doctors that she must undergo surgery.
Jackson, 49, shared the news with her fans on Twitter on Friday, reports eonline.com.
"Hey you guys...Happy holidays to each and every one of you. I need you to know, I learned today, from my doctors that I must have surgery soon," she wrote.
"It breaks my heart to tell you that I am forced to postpone the Unbreakable Tour until the spring. Every date will be rescheduled. Please hold on to your ticket. They will be honoured in a special way when the new schedule is announced," she added.
Jackson further asked her fans to pray for her surgery.
She wrote: "Please pray for me, my family and our entire company during this difficult time. There will be no further comment. I love you all so much and am grateful for your understanding and your love. Going to be alright."
