Actress Jennifer Aniston says that she never took care of her health when she was young.
The 44-year-old, best known for her role of Rachel Green in sitcom "Friends", has been part of many movies like "Bruce Almighty", "The Break-Up", "Horrible Bosses" and "We're The Millers".
Although she looks fit as a fiddle now, things were different during her younger days, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
"I used to eat like s**t, I didn't sleep. You overestimate yourself so much when you're young because we think we're invincible," said Aniston on a French TV show.
"I honestly didn't even drink water, only sodas. I just didn't take that good care of myself," she added.
