Actress Jennifer Lawrence congratulated Amy Schumer on her Emmy Awards win with a "sweet" text message. She told her she looked "pretty but not smart".
The 34-year-old picked up the Outstanding Variety Sketch Series prize for "Inside Amy Schumer" and her "Hunger Games" actress pal was among those cheering her on from home, even if her congratulatory message wasn't the most supporting, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
Amy told "Entertainment Tonight": "Jennifer sent me a really sweet text. She said that I looked pretty but not smart."
Lawrence also revealed she and Amy are writing a screenplay which they plan to star in together, but filming on the comedy won't begin until next year because the two stars are so busy.
The "Trainwreck" actress added: "Jennifer is the real deal funny.
"My sister and Jen and I wrote a movie together so we're gonna hopefully be shooting that in a year or something. We're busy," she said.
