Actress Jodie Foster has married her photographer girlfriend Alexandra Hedison, reports tmz.com.
The duo, who had been dating for a about a year, exchanged vows over the weekend, said Foster's representative.
Foster had never directly spoken about her sexual orientation, barring one instance - her speech at last year's Golden Globes where she said she did her "coming out 1,000 years ago".
The acclaimed actress has featured in movies like "Taxi Driver", "Silence Of The Lambs" and "The Accused".
