Congress leader Shashi Tharoor Saturday batted for ensuring justice and restitution for the duped investors in the multi-crore Saradha chit fund scam.
"Certainly justice must be done, innocent people have been duped of large sums of money and many people have lost their life's savings.. this is not a small matter.
"Justice must be done and ideally restitution also," Tharoor told the media here on the sidelines of the INFOCOM 2014 here, refraining from making additional comments as it is under investigation.
