After a short break, actor-filmmaker Kamal Haasan will resume shooting for Tamil thriller "Papanasam" here Friday. The film is the remake of Malayalam blockbuster "Drishyam".
"Ulaganayagan (Kamal Haasan) joins 'Papanasam' shoot from today at Thodupuzha after a small break (sic)," tweeted Kamal's manager Friday.
The film's crew moved from Thirunelveli to Thodupuzha recently, and they're shooting in the same house where the Malayalam version was shot.
Changes will be made to the house to make it look a Tamil household.
Directed by Jeethu Joseph, who helmed the original, the film features actress Gauthami in a comeback role.
