Rapper Kanye West wants his girlfriend and socialite Kim Kardashian to launch an independent fashion line.
West, 36, thinks that Kim, 32, should take inspiration from singer-turned-fashion designer Victoria Beckham, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
"Kanye's been advising Kim to get out of the Kardashian collections she has with Kourtney and Khloe, where some items are sold for less than $10 in budget stores. He wants her to have her own line and showcase it, like Victoria, at a Fashion week," said a source.
The "Heartless" singer is also keen for the couple to land joint modelling campaigns similar to those which Victoria and her husband David Beckham, whose second son Romeo is a model for apparel brand Burberry, have done in the past.
"Kim and Kanye want baby North to be a child model like Romeo, with her own fashion line before she's 10 - and he's keen to secure some joint modelling campaigns for him and Kim, like David and Victoria have in the past," the source added.
