The Duchess of Cambridge has so far followed a simple and understated style. She may now consider switching to colourful and patterned designs too as advised by her old friend and interior designer Emilia Jardine-Paterson.
According to the Grazia magazine, Duchess of Cambridge, maiden name Kate Middleton, may switch her signature style as Emilia, one of Prince George's godparents, has been giving her fashion advice, reports eonline.com.
Emilia has been trying to influence new mother Kate's style.
"(Emilia) is trying to move Kate away from the Middleton neutral palate and push her towards colour or pattern," said a source, and added: "Emilia loves vintage and tries to get Kate to be a bit more quirky".
However, so far, Kate doesn't seem to have taken her tips seriously.
