South Korea's Noh Seung-yul, who became the youngest Asian Tour Order of Merit champion in 2010, will lend his star credentials at the Chiangmai Golf Classic in November.

The 23-year-old is highly regarded as one of the most promising talents in world golf and will join an exciting line-up of top names at the $750,000 Asian Tour event which will be played at the majestic Alpine Golf Resort Chiangmai Nov 13-16.

Major champions Jason Dufner of the US and Charl Schwartzel of South Africa will headline the second edition of the Chiangmai Golf Classic alongside Australia's Scott Hend, who is the title holder.

As a teenager, Noh burst onto the Asian Tour scene in 2008 and made an immediate impact by winning his first title at the Midea China Classic in his rookie year.

Two years later, he defeated idol K.J. Choi to lift the Maybank Malaysian Open title in 2010 before going on to win the prestigious Order of Merit crown at the age of 19 years and 204 days.

Since then, Noh has successfully plied his trade on the PGA Tour where he won his first title at the Zurich Classic of New Orleans in April.

"I enjoyed a great career on the Asian Tour and winning the Order of Merit opened many doors for me. I'm excited to return to Asia because I've got fond memories there. There are many talented players on the Asian Tour and it will be a big challenge to win in Chiangmai," said Noh.

"The Asian Tour gave me the opportunity to develop my game and provided me with the platform to go on and play on the PGA Tour. I look forward to meeting old friends and hopefully contend for the title in Chiangmai," added the South Korean.
