Kriti to perform at kids award show (TV Snippets)

Actress Kriti Sanon has been roped in to perform at the upcoming Nickelodeons Kids Choice Awards 2017 later this month.

"I am super thrilled to perform at award show. I hope to put up a fun act that the kids will enjoy and also shake a leg with them. Kids are all about pure love and I'm glad to get this opportunity to entertain these little ones and make their evening worth remembering," Kriti said in a statement.

Kriti has appeared in films like "Heropanti", "Dilwale", "Raabta" and "Bareilly Ki Barfi".

I'm a karate professional: Ravish Desai

Actor Ravish Desai, who is currently seen as Manav in "Kuwara Hai Par Humara Hai", says he is a karate professional and feels happy to be showcasing his skills in the martial art in the TV show.

"I am karate professional and I am glad I got to use my skills in this show. It is one of my favourite sports and I have trained in it for almost 12 years with a Brown Belt ownership," Ravish said in a statement.

"It is a moment of pride and happiness to do two of your most loved things (karate and acting) together on one platform. I hope that the viewers will enjoy the karate sequence," he added.

My twins like my double role on TV: Rajiv Thakur

Comedian-actor Rajiv Thakur says his twin children, Adhiraj and Abhiraj, love his double role in comedy TV show "Tera Baap Mera Baap".

"My kids have been following my show and they have liked it as well. Though they don't understand the story that well as they are too young, but they are content with seeing their dad on television and that too in double role. This is my hatrick in playing twin characters and I truly enjoy such roles,"Rajiv said in a statement.

"My kids sometimes even ask me, 'Dad how do you become old and then young in the show? Teach us as well'," he added.

Rajiv plays the roles of professor Ram Lal Bhagat and Surrender Singh in "Tera Baap Mera Baap", which is aired on BIG Magic.
