Reality TV star Kylie Jenner has put one of her Hidden Hills, California, houses on the market for a whopping $5.4 million.
The 19-year-old originally purchased the four-bed, four-bath house for $4.5 million in August, just a few days before her birthday. Now, she is looking to make a profit off the 5,154 square-foot house, reports eonline.com.
Built in 2012, the house is built on 3.3 acres, tucked into hills and local vineyards and surrounded by a seasonal creek lined with oak trees.
The kitchen comes complete with stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops, which are surrounded by sleek white and cappuccino brown cabinetry. There's also a large wet bar.
The dining area boasts beamed ceilings and a large fireplace, while the master bedroom comes complete with a walk-in closet.
The abode also comes with a movie theatre, a pool, a spa and a large patio with a fireplace and a BBQ area. The backyard includes a fenced vineyard.
A source said Kylie originally purchased the property because it's right next to one of her other houses, and she had plans to use it as a home office.
