A lawyer's burnt body was found in his car near Hyderabad, police said on Sunday.
The lawyer was suspected to have been burnt alive by unidentified persons on Saturday night at Keesara in Ranga Reddy district, police said. Police suspect old enmity as the cause of the crime.
Police said victim Uday Kumar, from Kushaiguda area of Hyderabad, was identified with the help of his personal belongings lying in the car.
The lawyer's family said he left the house on Saturday morning. As he did not return home till late Saturday night, they tried to contact him on his mobile phone but it was found switched off.
A case was registered at the Keesara police station.
