American rapper Lil Wayne hopes to find a cure for his seizures, which happen without any warning.

"I go to sleep and wake up in the hospital. I don't feel anything. There's no warning, no nothing. I don't feel sick. I just hope it stops happening," femalefirst.co.uk quoted 30-year-old artist as saying.

He previously talked about his condition in March after spending six days in an intensive care unit.

"I'm prone to seizures. This isn't my first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh seizure. I've had a bunch of seizures, ya'll just never hear about them," he said.

"But this time it got real bad 'cause I had three of them in a row and on the third one, my heart rate went down to like 30 percent. Basically, I could've died," he added.
