Limit of deduction in health insurance premium rises

There will be an increase in the limit of deduction in health insurance premium, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said Saturday.

Presenting the union budget in parliament, Jaitley said: "Increase in limit of deduction in health insurance premium from Rs.15,000 to Rs.25,000."

"For senior citizens, it will be Rs.30,000," he said.
