Los Angeles, April 23 (IANS) Singer-songwriter Stevie Nicks feels that troubled actress Lindsay Lohan should spend time in a hospital to sort things out.
The "Fleetwood Mac" singer was also a cocaine addict in the 1980s and she had spent a fair bit of time in rehab.
"Do I feel like the godmother to Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan, etc? Yes. But like Amy Winehouse, they're not listening. Lohan, listen to me, you are still capable of being a great actress, but only if you really want to do it and spend a year in a hospital," thesun.co.uk quoted Nicks as saying.
"I do think they should have learned from my generation of rock stars, but nobody ever does. I should have learned myself from Jimi Hendrix and Janis Joplin, but I didn't. I don't think anyone can tell a drug addict to stop," added Nicks.
