The 22-year-old posed for the shoot in a black and silver brassiere with black knickers, reports dailymail.co.uk.
Mecklenburgh also wore a pair of knee high leather boots while clutching a bottle of champagne. Her look was completed with alluring make-up and her hair in a retro bouffant.
The shot took place in central London and is themed around the metaphor of her welcoming the new year.
