Lupita Nyong'o, who made her debut with Steve McQueen's "12 Years A Slave", says beauty goes beyond make-up for her.
Not only has the 30-year-old displayed incredible style choices throughout awards season, her beauty choices have been mesmerising too - the blue and purple eye make-up at the 2014 SAG Awards was undoubtedly an eyecatcher.
But the actress has said that she doesn't rely on make-up to make her feel beautiful, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
"If a girl wants to wear make-up to boost confidence, why not? (But) I've worked hard to feel beautiful in my natural skin. Personally, I don't ever want to depend on make-up to feel beautiful," she said.
Describing her regimen for her skin, she said: "I love using natural oils. I use avocado oil and Hawaiian kukui oil on my face. I like to keep things natural, simple, and straightforward."
