Actor R. Madhavan on Thursday tweeted the first look of his police avatar from upcoming Tamil gangster drama "Vikram Vedha".
"Vikramadithiyan the cop in 'Vikram Vedha'," Madhavan wrote on his Twitter page.
In the film, which is being directed by Pushkar-Gayatri, Madhavan will be seen as an 'encounter specialist'. He will lock horns with Vijay Sethupathi, who will be playing a gangster.
He had earlier tweeted that it was exciting to work with Vijay, with whom he is sharing screen space for the first time.
Also starring Shraddha Srinath and Varalaxmi Sarath Kumar, the film is being produced by S. Sashikanth.
