Actor Mahat Raghavendra will make a special appearance in the yet-untitled Telugu remake of "Neram" which features Sundeep Kishan in the lead.
"Sundeep and I have been friends for many years. I'm really excited about teaming up with him," Mahat told IANS.
For Mahat, working in the project is like a reunion of sorts with friends.
"Besides Sundeep, the film's producer Anil Sunkara and Bobby Simhaa, who plays the antagonist are also very close friends. It's not every day that you get to work with such people, so I'm quite thrilled," he said.
The film is being directed by debutant Anil Kanneganti. It tracks a few hours in the life of its protagonist and emphasises the importance of time, both good and bad, in our lives.
Mahat is currently shooting for Telugu film "She". He will start working on a Tamil project to be produced by veteran filmmaker Bharathiraja from March onwards.
