Non-banking finance company Mahindra Finance on Wednesday said its standalone profit after tax stood at Rs 342 crore during the third quarter (Q3) ended December 31, 2017, as against a loss of Rs 16 crore during the same period of last fiscal.
According to the company, its total income rose by 23 per cent to Rs 1,846 crore during Q3 2017-18 from Rs 1,503 crore reported in Q3 2016-17.
"The total assets under management (AUM) was Rs 51,782 crore as on December 31, 2017, as against Rs 45,711 crore on December 31, 2016 -- a growth of 13 per cent," the company said in a statement.
On Wednesday, the shares of the company closed lower by 3.46 per cent at Rs 490.30 per share on the BSE.
