Two weeks before the start of Wimbledon, Nicolas Mahut and Camila Giorgi won the ATP and WTA grass tournaments respectively in Rosmalen.
The 33-year-old French qualifier Mahut beat second seeded David Goffin from Belgium 7-6(1), 6-1 in the final on Sunday, Xinhua reported.
The world number 97 had won the Dutch ATP tournament in 2013, also as a qualifier.
Earlier on Sunday, 23-year-old Italian Camila Giorgi, fifth seeded in Rosmalen, beat Belinda Bencic (4) from Switzerland 7-5, 6-3 in the womens's final.
It was the first WTA tournament title for the world number 35 player.
