Mamata condemns attack on Pakistan university

West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee on Wednesday condemned the horrific attack on a Pakistani university, which claimed 20 lives including those of students.

"Tragic news of so many students shot dead in Bacha Khan University, Pakistan. Prayers," the West Bengal chief minister posted on her official Twitter handle.

The Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) gunmen killed 20 people and injured dozens at a university located near Peshawar in Pakistan's northwest province of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa on Wednesday.
