West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Tuesday condemned the terror attack in northern England's Manchester, terming it a cowardly act.

She also expressed grief over the deaths in the suicide bombing.

"Saddened with the sad news about innocent lives lost Manchester blast. These terror attacks are acts of cowards," Banerjee posted on Twitter.
