A 40-year-old man was fatally stabbed by his four neighbours in a scuffle following a fight among their children in east Delhi, police said on Thursday. Two of the attakers were arrested while two others are missing and on the run.
Amjad Ali, a resident of Shashi Garden in Pandav Nagar area, was stabbed by accused Munna, Kallu, Salman and Jumman on Monday night. Ali was rushed to a private hospital where he died of his injuries.
"We arrested Munna and Kallu hours after the incident but Salman and Jumman managed to escape. They are still on the run," Deputy Commissioner of Police Rishi Pal told IANS.
The officer said Amjad's stabbing followed a minor fight among children from the families of the victim and his atatckers.
