French tennis player Adrian Mannarino eliminated his compatriot Jo-Wilfried Tsonga from the second round of the 2017 Monte-Carlo Masters here on Tuesday.
Mannarino, the world No.56, advanced to the third round of the tournament after stunning Tsonga, ranked 10th in the world, 6-7 (3-7), 6-2, 6-3, reports Efe.
In the third round, Mannarino will look forward to booking a ticket to the quarter-finals when he faces the winner of Wednesday's match between his fellow countryman Lucas Pouille and Italy's Paolo Lorenzi.
