A Maoist guerrilla carrying a reward Rs 15 lakh on his head surrendered before the police in Jharkhand's Khuti district on Saturday.
According to police, Dimba Pahan surrendered before Khuti district police on Saturday. He was given cash and a cheque as per the surrender policy of the state.
In another development, police seized weapons from a Maoist hideout in Khuti district.
According to police, three carbine guns, two double barrel guns, one country-made pistol, three carbine magazines and live cartridges were seized during an operation in Qusar jungle of Khuti district.
