A 21-year-old married woman, who was pursuing her MBA, was on Saturday found hanging from a fan in her in-laws house here, police said.
The deceased was identified as Kirti, a resident of Ashok Vihar Phase-2.
Her in-laws told police that she committed suicide for unknown reasons, but her father has lodged complaint against Kirti's husband and in-laws, alleging his daughter has been murdered for dowry.
Doing her MBA course, Kirti was married last year.
Police have sent the body for post-mortem examination.
"Post-mortem report will reveal the real cause of death. We are questioning the accused," said a police officer.
