Amid speculation about party General Secretary V.K.Sasikala replacing Chief Minister O. Panneerselvam, Tamil Nadu's ruling AIADMK has called a meeting of its legislators here on Sunday.
However the party's lawmakers have not been informed about the meeting agenda.
The meeting has been called a day after Sasikala appointed some former ministers and others to various party posts. Incidentally they were shunted out by late Chief Minister and Party General Secretary J.Jayalalithaa.
Sometime back, Sasikala had met party officials from all parts of the state.
The meeting also comes days after the advisor to Chief Minister Sheela Balakrishnan quit her post and two other officials were transferred.
