Meg Ryan will return to the small screen after almost 30 years as a producer and actor of a comedy show.
The story revolves around a former big time New York editor.
Ryan will play the role of a single mother who follows her decision to return to work at her old New York publishing house where she was a highly successful editor, reports contactmusic.com.
The 51-year-old was last seen in a 1982 comedy show "One Of The Boys".
The new show is written by "Two Weeks Notice" director Marc Lawrence. Ryan is on board as the show's executive producer.
