Singer Mika Singh, known for his hit songs and livewire performance, didn't mind sharing the stage with new talent at the Idea Rocks India - Season 6 talent hunt finale here.
The "Subah hone na de" singer, who was also the special performer and judge of the property, first felicitated Ashish Daniel Singh for winning the hunt, and then performed together with him at Idea Rocks India, held here Sunday.
Ashish was selected as the winner after a rigorous audition process involving thousands of entries from the capital. A panel of musicians selected the top five finalists. They were later screened by Mika.
"I congratulate Ashish Daniel Singh for winning the Idea Rocks India - Season 6 Talent Hunt. I see a lot of potential in him and I am confident that taking off from the Idea Rocks India stage at Delhi will help him chart a great musical journey ahead in life," Mika said in a statement.
Idea Rocks India - Season 6 is a 17-city concert-cum- talent hunt with musicians Mika, Sunidhi Chauhan, Karthik and Andreah.
