Former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson has admitted he fell asleep during a 'double date' with singer Madonna.
The retired boxer took a trip to a cinema in the 1980s with his first wife Robin Givens, as well as Madonna and her then-husband Sean Penn, but admitted he doesn't remember much of the movie they saw because both he and Penn dozed off during the film, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
"We saw Pee Wee Herman's 'Big Top'...We were with both of our significant others at the time, of course. (It was) in the 80s. She was married to Sean, I was married as well. Me and Sean fell asleep in the movie," Tyson said on the talk show "Jimmy Kimmel Live".
He explained that despite having great company, it was alcohol consumption that made them sleep.
"We like Pee-wee but we were slightly inebriated."
Tyson also said that he had no idea if Madonna saw the film because he was too tired to notice.
