Modi greets Sweden on its National Day

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday greeted India's "valued friend" Sweden on its National Day.

"On their National Day, I convey my greetings to the people of Sweden, a nation that is India's valued friend, connected by shared values," Modi said in a tweet.

"There is great potential in India-Sweden ties. Rashtrapati-ji's (President Pranab Mukherjee) very recent visit to Sweden will strengthen our relations even further," he added.
