Modi meets Chinese Premier Li Kequiang

Prime Minister Narendra Modi here on Saturday met Chinese Premier Li Kequiang on the sidelines of Asean summit.

"The bilaterals amidst the multilateral. Modi meets Premier Li Kequiang for his first engagement," Vikas Swarup, the external affairs ministry spokesman, tweeted.

Modi on Saturday reached Kuala Lumpur to attend the 13th Asean (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) summit.

The prime minister is on a four-day visit to Malaysia and Singapore.

He will return to India on November 24 night.
