Rohit Sharma top scored for the visitors with 73 off 43 balls and was well supported by Sachin Tendulkar who scored 54 off 47 balls.
Umesh Yadav was the pick of the Delhi bowlers, picking up two wickets for 31 runs, while Roelof van der Merwe chipped in with one.
