Actress-designer Nicole Richie admits her husband Joel Madden prefers to see her wearing simple clothes with short hemlines.
However, the 31-year-old, who exchanged vows with the rocker in December 2011, enjoys experimenting with her look even though Madden prefers it if she keeps it minimal.
"I have found that men don't like too many bells and whistles. They're not into hats or red lipstick. They're more drawn to simplicity... and a short skirt. Shocker," people.com quoted Richie as saying.
