Naga Shourya forays into production with his next

Actor Naga Shourya, best known for Telugu films such as "Oohalu Gusagusalade" and "Kalyana Vaibhogame", is trying his luck as a producer for his next yet-untitled Telugu project.

The film will be jointly produced with his father Shankar Prasad.

A source close to the actor told IANS on the latest development: "Shourya will be co-producing the film with his father Shankar Prasad. The pre-production work has already begun and once the cast is finalised, the principal shooting will commence."

Debutant Venky Kudumula, an erstwhile assistant to filmmaker Trivikram Srinivas, will helm the project.

Shourya is personally looking into the script.

"He's actively getting involved in the development of the script," he said.
