Italian football legend Paolo Rossi has said Napoli's Argentine forward Gonzalo Higuain is currently the world's best striker.
Rossi said that what he has achieved throughout the season and scoring 30 goals could not be matched by any other player. Higuain has scored 30 goals in 32 matches so far in the 2015-16 Serie A season to pull his team to the second spot in the league, reports Efe.
In an interview with Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli on Wednesday, Rossi said that there are many great players in several challenging competitions, but they could not achieve Higuain's numbers.
Rossi, winner of the 1982 World Cup with Italy and the championship's top goal scorer, said that Napoli's chance to win a qualification ticket to next season's Champions League is better than AS Roma.
He explained that Napoli, currently in the Serie A second place, lead against Roma by just a point.
