The Lakme Fashion Week Summer/Resort 2017 runway witnessed a big dance party at the end of designer Narendra Kumar's show, which was presented by Irish Linen manufacturer Burgoyne.

As soon as Kumar, who has returned to the runway after over a year, was called on the ramp, he started dancing and even pulled actress-model Suchitra Pillai on the ramp and danced with her.

Later, his showstopper Rahul Khanna and all other models joined the designer and started calling all the attendees on the runway for a little jig.

Kumar, who looked dapper in a salmon pink t-shirt and a jacket with Facebook emoticons, showcased his latest collection titled "The Millenials".

Talking about his collection, Kumar told IANS: "The collection is inspired by the generation of millenials and how last time such a major change happened was probably in 1970s... when people thought about life differently... It is about post 70s the hippies and all of that."

The colour pallet for the range varied from neutral shades like salmon, beige and moved to more colour blocked sections and finally ended up with decorative embroidered evening wear in darker hues for men.

"We have introduced soft tailoring for men," he added.
