Jason Smith had 22 points and career-high 16 rebounds for the Pelicans. Ryan Anderson finished with 22 points. Jrue Holiday had 19 points.
Greg Monroe had 28 points and 10 rebounds for the Pistons. Brandon Jennings contributed 25.
