Pop singer Nicole Scherzinger has reportedly given up her place on the judging panel of Britain's "The X Factor" to focus on relaunching her music career.
The former Pussycat Dolls singer began as a judge on the now-defunct American version of the reality TV show, before transferring to the British panel in 2012 for two seasons, reports contactmusic.com.
However, she might not return for the upcoming 11th season.
"It breaks her heart, but Nicole is sad not to be able to go back to the show this year. She has agonised over this decision for month," said a source.
"She has put her music career on hold last year but now she has to focus on her music," the source added.
Music mogul Simon Cowell will be returning for this year's series and he is rumoured to be in talks with former judge Cheryl Cole to take a place on the panel with him.
