It was a nippy but pleasant day in the capital Friday with a sunny sky but the maximum temperature four notches below the season's average at 25.3 degrees Celsius.
Similar weather is in store Saturday, the Met office said.
Friday's minimum temperature was 14.5 degrees Celsius, average for this time of the year.
"The skies will remain sunny tomorrow (Saturday) and there will be light mist early morning and in the evening," an official of the India Meteorological Department said.
Saturday's maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to hover around 25 and 13 degrees Celsius, respectively, added the official.
The maximum temperature Thursday was recorded two notches below the season's average at 27.1 degrees Celsius while the minimum temperature was 14 degrees Celsius.
