No weekday woes for Auto Expo

A huge crowd numbering 1,09,539 thronged the Auto Expo 2016 on Monday to see new trucks, buses, cars and two-wheelers, the organisers said.

"After the obvious surge in visitors on the weekend, the momentum was maintained on Monday," said an official Auto Expo 2016 statement.

Despite Monday being a working day, a large number of people flocked around alternative fuel vehicles at various stalls while business discussions took place at commercial vehicle stalls where future technologies were showcased.
