The cyber cell of Gurgaon police has received a total 759 complaints this year, officials said Saturday.
Of the total, 248 were related to net banking fraud while Facebook-related complaints was in second place with 72 cases.
The cell headed by Inspector Suresh Kumar received complaints in 18 categories.
Only one complaint was registered for forgery through computer, while 59 complaints were files for obscene calls and SMSes. There were seven complaints for sexual harassment and pornography.
Other complaints were about email hacking, defamatory and offensive email, phishing and anonymous mails, Twitter-related complaints, website hacking, fake websites, lottery fraud, cheating through internet and through mobile phones.
